Anarchist art auction party to benefit The Wildcat
Please join us Saturday, February 9th at 2:00pm for our first ever anarchist art auction benefit! Some of our amazing and talented supporters will donate their art for us to exhibit and auction off in the space. This will be an informal silent auction. All funds raised will go directly to The Wildcat’s rent and bills.
We are actively soliciting art for the auction, so if you are an artist, author, musician or craftsperson or know someone talented, please get in touch!
Some ideas for donations:
- paintings
- photography
- collage work
- sculptures
- signed books and zines
- crafts
- one of a kind or rare ephemera: your band’s unreleased album, handmade poster, etc
- screenprinted clothing, patches, bags and other cloth goods
- any other forms of avante garde or experimental art not included above, as long as it is tangible and something you believe to be either of high quality or something someone would enjoy or want – it’s a fundraiser so use your best judgement
